We are not going to discuss history; historical facts and a small documentary will provide the background, but in interactive session with audience we will raise questions as to what our top politicians, state institutions and judiciary have learnt from the tragic failures that culminated in the Fall of Dacca and break-up of Pakistan. Then our decision makers were not prepared to concede on Sheikh Mujib’s Six Points, today they refuse Election Audit by hiding behind articles of constitution. Then we were against provincial autonomy and loose federation, now we are resisting the creation of new provinces and local governments. Facts of history are left behind, what matters is understanding. So what have we learnt?
