Doctor Moeed Pirzada was joined by Mr. Khurram Gandapur, General Secretary of Pakistan Awami Tehreek, to express his views on the bout of fresh protests erupted by the political party in commemoration of the model town carnage.
Mr. Gandapuri said that the model town massacre is the first of its nature, as it was the only police brutality count which was covered by media channels, providing more than enough evidence for the authorities. Minhaj Ul Quran, he said, has not produced this videos on it’s own, the evidence was spread all over.
Mr. Gandapuri accused the provincial government for facilitating the escape of the supposed murderers. He said that the chief minister’s contradictory statements, the dubious investigation report and the proposterous reaction by the authorities is testimony to the fact that the Punjab government is guilty.
